The core of the marina — long-term slip holders who keep their boats at Jensen through the season or all year. Gated dock access, full pedestal services, fresh water and shore power at every slip, and a dockmaster on call when you need one.
Contracts are for longer term stays, with renewal preference for current slip holders. Most slips are spoken for by the start of high season, so the right time to inquire is usually 3–6 months ahead of when you need the boat in the water.
